I've still yet to play any games in the Mother series, but I got an idea for a cover as soon as I heard this track! The original tune has a blend of ominous and groovy, and I wanted to call on that second one a bit more. I decided to take the tune in a simpler direction with a lot of Bossa Nova influence and auxiliary percussion instruments, and I'm really happy with how it came out.

I'm still figuring out how to mix the new saxophone just right, but I love the textures created by all of these different sounds, and I hope you enjoy this arrangement as much as I enjoyed making it!
