Slices of bread dunked in a rich egg custard with vanilla and cinnamon, drenched in maple syrup, and topped with fresh berries.Fluffy and tender on the inside, gloriously browned on the outside.

INGREDIENTS
🔹6 slices of thick cut bread
🔹4 large eggs
🔹1/4 cup milk
🔹1/4 cup heavy cream
🔹1 tbsp sugar
🔹1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
🔹pinch of salt
🔹1 tbsp vanilla extract
🔹butter for cooking

INSTRUCTIONS
🔸Whisk milk, cream, sugar, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt together in a shallow bowl.
🔸Lightly butter a griddle and heat over medium-high heat.
🔸Dunk bread in the egg mixture, soaking both sides. Transfer to the hot skillet and cook until golden, 3 to 4 minutes per side. Serve hot.
🔸you can serve these with your favorite syrup and berries.
