Cypress Creek Lakes in Cypress, Texas
Location:
Cypress Creek Lakes is located south of Hwy 290 and bordered by Fry Rd to the West and about a mile away from Baker Cypress Rd to the East.
Cypress Creek Lakes is about only 24 miles from Downtown Houston and has easy access to the Grand Parkway from Fry Road.
This community is right in between two other popular master planned communities in Cypress — Bridgeland to the West and Towne Lake to the East.
A little about Cypress, Texas: Cypress is an unincorporated community of Harris County located completely inside the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Houston. The Cypress area is located along U.S. Highway 290 (Northwest Freeway) approximately twenty-five miles northwest of Downtown Houston.
Cypress Top, as it was originally called, was originally settled by the Atakapa Indians. German settlers began building their homes along Cypress Creek in the 1940s and hence the street names Huffmeister, Telge & Mueske.
Geography: Cypress Creek Lakes is a 1600 acre master planned community and will have 2,100 homes when completed. The developers, Mischer Investments, created 100 acres of lakes with miles of walking trails around each.

Cypress Creek Lakes is part of highly acclaimed Cy-Fair ISD with three of the best schools in the district located within the community and Lone Star College is just around the corner.
