Salmoriglio Recipe (Sauce for fish)
-2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
-2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
-Salt & Pepper to taste
-1 clove of garlic – minced
-¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
(can be used as a marinade for meat or chicken – Marinade in a bowl for 2 hours before grilling)

Orange & Fennel Salad:
-1 orange sliced
-1 fennel bulb sliced
-6 Kalamata olives
-2 anchovies (optional)
-1 Tbsp red wine Vinegar
-1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
