I didn’t cut this because I’m working on my own property as well, but tonight I’ll chop up some shorts for the other medias.

From friends and coworkers in the region (I’m located two hours from Asheville), these are some of the charities and best ways we can support them at this time.

Right now the most important needs we’ve heard include medical supplies, baby bottles and baby items, cleaning supplies, pet food, blankets/sleeping bags and items for incoming cold weather, camping stoves and fuel, and needs for paper cash exchange.

I’m hoping to keep updates going on this because our region has a long way to go for recovery. Please spread love, kindness, and factual information at this time.
