Hi Aquamigos! I'm back to work on the DIY koi pond! A few weeks ago I was talking to Cedric from Vertigo 1-1-7 and he suggested to me that I try to anchor the foundation of my settlement tank to the footing of my retaining wall. This is a preventative measure for if, in the future, the ground shifts and causes my settlement tank to move. If this happens, there is a possibility that I will get leaks in my seals. So using some rebar, concrete and concrete adhesive, I attempted to connect the settlement tank's foundation to the footing of the retaining wall. Whether this will be 100% effective, I can't say, but I figured it couldn't hurt and there is a possibility that it will help. Feel free to let me know what you think and if you think this will work!
