Today, that vision is a reality. Our second TraXon assembly line is running at full speed: a milestone that is much more than a new piece of infrastructure. It is a symbol of what happens when expertise, teamwork, and innovation come together.

The technology behind this line is impressive. But what truly makes it exceptional is the team effort that led to it. Colleagues from planning, logistics, manufacturing, infrastructure, and IT worked hand in hand, overcoming obstacles and delivering outstanding results under tight timelines.

🌍 Local Strength, Global Collaboration

The concept for the overhead monorail system was originally developed by our planners in Friedrichshafen for our plant in Jiaxing, China. Now, it has returned home, proving how international knowledge-sharing helps us grow stronger as one ZF team.

This new line also sets the stage for the future, enabling us to support our customers with the upcoming TraXon 2 generation while securing jobs and ensuring Friedrichshafen remains a powerhouse for commercial vehicle driveline technology.
