Buffalo Chicken Strips Recipe:
For Sauce:
Butter - 50 g
Milk - ¼ Cup
Chilli Paste - 2 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tsp
Sugar - ½ tsp
Soy Sauce - 1.5 tsp
Vinegar - 1.5 tbsp
Red Chilli Sauce - 2 tbsp
Spring Onion Greens - For Garnish
Salt - ½ tsp

Strips:
Oil - For Frying
Maida - 1 ½ Cups
Water - ¾ Cup
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Corn Starch - ½ Cup
Salt - 1 tsp
Chicken Breast - ½ kg
Onion Powder - 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp

Cooking Instructions:

1.. Cut the chicken breast into strips and set aside
2. In a pan add the butter and let it melt, once melted add the chilli paste and saute.
3. After 30 seconds add the ginger garlic paste and cook until the raw smell subsides
4. Add red chilli sauce, soy sauce salt and pepper and cook for a minute
5. Add the milk and turn off the flame and set aside
6. In a mixing bowl add the Maida, the spices and ginger garlic paste pour in the water and whisk into a smooth batter
7. Dip the strips into the batter and dust it in the corn flour and deep fry until light golden brown and crispy
8. Add the sauce to the chicken and toss until well combined and serve
