PoE 3.24 Grim's League Starter Build Plans | Goodbye Tornado Shot, Hello Wander

If you're looking for the safest mapping League Starter it's definitely the tried and true lightning arrow with experimentation around the new Elemental Hit. But if you're looking for a complete blaster capable of omni directional clear I personally think Nimis Kinetic blast takes the cake at the cost of single target consistency (if you have the currency to invest).
