Lonnie Johnson recorded this song at the American Folk Blues Festival in 1963. compared to his prewar recordings he had changed his style, he played in standard tuning and with a plectrum/flatpick. Although he wasn't cutting edge anymore compared to his 1927-32 recordings he was still a sensitive and inventive musician.
