We stopped by La Junta, Colorado, and saw the AT&SF 1024 Locomotive along US Hwy 50...complete with a pair of old semaphore signals. After capturing a little drone video of the old locomotive, Amtrak's Southwest Chief departed the station, heading for its next stop in Trinidad, about 80 miles southwest of La Junta.
