A soft serve ice cream truck, parked on the side of the road, caught on fire due to engine problems. The fire grew for approximately 5 minutes prior to being extinguished by responding FDNY members from Engine 65 and Ladder 4. This incident occurred at approximately 16:35 hrs on the SE corner of E 50th St. and 6th Ave. in the Midtown area of Manhattan, NYC. I personally believe this is karma for charging $10+ for a sundae, plus extra for toppings.
