Lasko Ceramic Tower Heater Review

Hi Guys, today I’m reviewing the Lasko 755320 Ceramic Tower Heater with Digital Display and Remote Control. LINK TO Lasko Heater: http://amzn.to/1AHZXuK . The heater is 23 inches tall and 7.25 inches wide. It weighs about 5 pounds.
There is a carry handle in the back which makes it easy to move from room to room. It takes up very little space and looks sleek. This Lasko heater is 1500 watts and has low and high speed settings. It has simple push button controls on top and a digital display. It has a programmable thermostat and an 8 hour timer which lets you run the heater from 1 to 8 hours before it automatically shuts off. The heater oscillates and is very quiet. The housing is cool to the touch.

A remote control is included with the heater. It runs on two AAA batteries. The remote controls are the exact same as the buttons on the heater except for changing the temperature from Fahrenheit to Celcius.

I’ll plug in the unit. You’ll hear a beep and the power light will come on. The light will stay on until you unplug the unit. Press the power button to turn the heater on. The temperature of your room will be displayed on the panel in Fahrenheit. If you want to change to Celcius, press the + and - button at the same time. Press both buttons together again to change back to Fahrenheit. The unit will display high heat automatically with three lines. If you want to change to low heat, press this button and you’ll see two lines. I’ll set the temperature to 72 degrees Fahrenheit using the + button. It feels so good to have heat come on instantly. The A will be displayed which means the heater is on Auto Temperature Mode. Once your room is 2 degrees above the set temperature, the heater will shut off. If the room is 1 degree below the set temperature, the heat will turn back on. The unit turns off and on to maintain the set temperature. If you want to change the mode from auto temperature, press this button and the display will change to high temp and run continuously.Press the oscillate button if you want the heater to oscillate back and forth. The oscillation is wide. This is a great feature because it doesn’t just heat the area in front of the unit but all around. Press it again if you want it to stop oscillating. The set temperature was reached in just a few minutes. I find that the room heats up quickly.

To turn the heater off, press the power button and unplug the unit.

As a safety feature, the heater will turn off automatically if it overheats. It’s recommended to clean the vacuum every two weeks by using the brush attachment of a vacuum cleaner.

For around $50, this heater is a great value. It heats an area quickly and quietly. It’s compact, lightweight and convenient for your home or apartment. It’s not going to heat up a large room by itself but it’s great for supplemental heat. I find it’s great to have around for those emergencies where you lose heat in your home, especially lately with the extreme changes in weather. Hope you found this review useful.
