Follow along with this sweet Valentine's Day Heart Mandala rock painting Tutorial. I'll be showing you when I use Liquitex Slow-Dri and why along with Liquitex Flow Aid. There's a time and a place for everything eh? Let me show you some when and why times for me. I really hope this is helpful. It took me a long time to figure out just when and why so I'm hoping to save you the trouble.

This sweet design evolved from a larger rock I posted on the community page. I just knew it would make a nice Love Stone! There's so many different ways you could work with this design.
