Stir Fried Tofu Shrimp and Mushrooms - Easy, Quick and Tasteful tofu dish.
▶ Ingredients :
● 2 pieces, Tofu
● 200 g, Shrimp
● 6 Dried Mushroom ( Soak in the water for overnight)
● 4 Stems, Scallion
● Cooking Oil
● 1/8 tbsp, Salt
● 1 tbsp, Soy Sauce
● 2 tbsp, Oyster Sauce
● 1 tsp, Cornstarch + 90 ml, Water
● 1 cup, Stock Water
● 1 tbsp, Sugar
Method :
1. Cut the tofu into half and then cut into 6 pieces.
2. Soak the dried shiitake mushroom in the water for overnight and then slice it into medium slices.
3. Peel the skins and heads of the shrimps and then remove and discard the vein.
4. Finely chop the garlic into small pieces.
5. Use the sharp of knife up to down into thinly vein.
6. Heat the pan, add the cooking oil.
7. Deep-fry the tofu until crispy, about 4-5 minutes. Set a side.
8. Heat the pan again, fry the garlic until fragrant, about a few seconds.
9. Add the mushrooms, stir-fry a few seconds.
10. Add the shrimps, stir-fry a few seconds.
11. Season : Salt, Soy Sauce, Oyster Sauce, Corn Starch + Water, Stock Water and Sugar.
12. Add the deep-fried tofu, continues to stir a few seconds.
13. Finally, Sprinkle the scallion.
14. Enjoy Your Meal !!!
