I’m struggling.

Guys, the last week has been pretty intense. Physically, and emotionally. You’ve likely picked up on this as you see the condition of my face lol.

When I’m tired, my mental health is often the first thing affected.
So my mind races, I over-react and become over-sensitive to people’s comments, even if just in passing.
Today was one of those days. One bad comment, in the ocean of thousands of you who have shown me nothing but love and support.

This too will pass, but it’s reminded me that words matter. And even I’m guilty of envy and unwarranted criticism and will be very careful of my thoughts, and my conversations at someone else’s expense.
Because, it sucks on the other end.
