The time that truly matters is the one without loads.
This is not the fastest console to run this game. I didn't test PSP/vita/PSTV, and Slim PS2's with PS Driver 2.00 have quicker loads, but the sound effects are completely bugged (it doesn't affect anything, but looks silly).
