- Where am I now? (financially, mentally, physically, and/or whatever comes to mind)
- (optional/for motivation) Where are my current habits taking me?)
- Where would I rather be? (Who are you around? Where are you?, How do I feel? What kind of lifestyle do I have?)
- Who do I want to be? (What do I value in a person, What do I like/dislike in a person)
- What do I need to become my ideal self and have the life I seek?

It doesn’t seem like a lot but it is helping me do something rather than procrastinate (at least not as much😅).
