In this video, I'll show you how to use option button in excel. It's a very simple to use and fun.

In a nutshell, follow the following steps:
1. First enable the Developer Tab (ribbon) in excel.
2. Go to the developer tab and click on "insert" and drag and drop the optionButtons.
3. Repeat step 2 to add more optionbuttons.
4. Right click on the optionbutton and edit the name.
5. Right click the optionbutton and click on "Format Control".
6. Go to "Control" tab.
7. Select the "Cell Link" and then select a cell in the excel to link the result.
8. And finally use a if statement to use the linked cell result to give different options.
