My Ex Hates Me: What Should I Do To Get Back Together?


Break ups, separations and divorces can tend to bring the worst out of people who are emotionally distraught and heartbroken. If you let your emotions get the best of you, it’s easy to push the person you love to the brink…and that’s why many people reach out to me saying my ex hates me, I don’t even know if my relationship is even salvageable.

Let me start by providing you with a bit of perspective and reassurance: most people who reach out to me think that their ex hates them.

It’s often not as bad as people realize; the discrepancy comes from the fact that your measuring stick is often the height of your relationship or the most powerful memories from your relationship.

You have to accept the reality that you are no longer together, your sees themselves as single and so their attitude towards you will undoubtedly change… so if you continue to act as if you were together, or if that’s what you expect…you will no doubt frustrate your ex and force them to push you away.
