Today Pastor Justin continued his verse-by-verse, precept-upon-precept study of the Gospel of Luke, in a series he has entitled “A Journey with Jesus.” In this thirty-eighth installment in the series, entitled “A Half-Baked Dirty Dozen on a Mission,” using as his text Luke, Chapter 9, verses 1 through 9, Luke tells us of the time Jesus sent all His disciples on a mission to share the good news and call on everyone to Repent. Pastor Justin challenges us to take up the mission God has given us, the one He gave us when we accepted Him as our Savior, with the power and authority God has given us. He also warns us to not just have Jesus on a plaque, but to make Him Lord of our life.
