Allahabad High Court Allows Appointment of Commission to Inspect Mathura’s Shahi Idgah Mosque in Krishna Janmabhoomi Case
A significant decision was made by the Allahabad High Court regarding the Krishna Janmabhoomi case. The court granted permission to appoint a court-monitored advocate commissioner to conduct a survey of the disputed Shahi Idgah premises near the Sri Krishna Janmabhoomi temple in Mathura. Headed by Justice Mayank Kumar, the bench announced that on December 18, a decision will be made regarding the appointment of the court commissioner. Following a hearing involving concerned parties on November 16, Justice Mayank Kumar Jain had reserved the order on the application. This application was filed within the ongoing suit before the high court concerning the Krishna Janmabhoomi-Shahi Idgah mosque dispute.
