A hike through the Lower Rose Hill grasslands. Informal trails follow ridges and cross gullies in an area that was once under a glacial lake. Silt cliffs line the incised gullies. Trees grow in the gullies, but the ridges are sagebrush and grassland benchlands. We can hike single tracks through the area and rarely see anyone else.
