The clear coat finish on the some parts of the sides of the guitar has faded and turned cloudy due to age.
It is most noticeable on the back of body.

Guitar is overall in very good working condition.

The fret condition also very good(left 80%)
(Not has a fret buzzing)

Sounds and plays great with not issue.
