He highlights real-world examples of how Stanford Medicine is using AI, including Dragon Ambient Experience (DAX), which helps transcribe and document patient-doctor discussions, and the use of augmented reality in surgical practices. He also shares Responsible AI for Safe and Equitable Health (RAISE Health), a joint initiative between Stanford Medicine and the Stanford Institute for Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence (HAI) to guide the responsible use of AI across biomedical research, education, and patient care.
