Barrel & Stave is a project thats been resting in Wigle Whiskey Rye barrel casks for the last 24 months.
We took our base Imperial stout and laid her to rest in Wigle Rye barrels, then blended her with fresh stout base. No other adjuncts were added thus giving us a true representation of the barrels beautiful character. Notes of semi dry cacao, raisin, delicate warming spice, moss, maple syrup, & sandalwood.
