Algerian boxer Imane Khelif guaranteed medal after progressing to Olympic Semi-Finals

Imane Khelif is through to the women's 66kg semi-finals at the Olympics following victory over Hungary's Anna Luca Hamori.

The veteran amateur is now guaranteed the seventh Olympic boxing medal in Algeria's history, its first since 2000 and the nation's first ever in women's boxing following her unanimous decision win in Saturday's quarter-final.

She now faces Thailand's Janjaem Suwannapheng in the semi-finals on August 6.
