Coming to the Royal - We're Here to Help You

This is an important reminder to everyone that if you need our services, we are here to help you.

We have put a number of measures in place to make sure that we keep you safe whilst you’re here, that includes reducing the risk of infection to protect you from Covid-19.

You need to make sure that you look after your own health so, if you have an appointment with us, or a concern that would normally involve accessing our services…please be assured that it is perfectly safe to do just that.

These measures include hand sanitising and face mask stations, one way systems and single file walking on our corridors, social distancing measures in our seated areas and much more. There are also additional measures put in place if you come for an appointment, including an increased use of PPE for our staff.
