What this device does is that the radio channels are running through very fast, so fast , that it's almost impossible radio broadcasts to come through , the speed at which the channels pass through is 100 milliseconds (0.01 Seconds) so , it passes the channels so fast , that it should be almost impossible to hear radio broadcasts with that speed.
