Operational errors

Failure to open the rear door :
The most direct reason is that the driver failed to open the rear door of the dump truck when unloading the stones. Incorrect operation of lifting the truck bed :

Vehicle design and load

Center of gravity design :
The center of gravity of a dump truck is usually designed considering the normal unloading process. When the rear door is not opened and the goods cannot be unloaded normally, the original center of gravity distribution of the vehicle will be changed, shifting it backward and exceeding the stable range designed for the vehicle !

Overloading or uneven loading :

Site conditions

Uneven ground :
The ground at the riverside construction site may be uneven. Soft ground :
