🎶💻 Science meets Art at the CERN openlab summer student programme!

At CERN openlab, our summer students are more than just coders, data scientists, or physicists. They are creative, multi-talented individuals who bring diverse perspectives to science.

🎙️ Take Najla Sadek, for example. Alongside her work on the Next Generation Triggers project, Najla is also a classical musician. During her summer at CERN, she joined the CERN Music Club, spending evenings at the piano, singing, and connecting with others who share a passion for the arts.

Her story is a reminder that creativity and science go hand in hand and innovation often happens where different disciplines meet. At CERN, we celebrate not only scientific discovery, but also the artistic spirit that inspires new ways of thinking.
