KENTING TAIWAN & Howard Beach Resort

Kenting is a popular scenic area surrounded by ocean and mountains located in the southern part of Taiwan.

We started our trip from Kaohsiung HSR Zuoying Station. Kenting Express Bus is just at the exit. Bus ticket cost around 300-400 NT per person (roundtrip ticket costs 600NT. Travel time is around 2.5~3 hrs. It is the best way to hire a scooter or motorbike to roam around the area, it will cost around 300-500 NT for 24Hrs.

There are a lot of good accommodations in the area but it is best to make a reservation beforehand. We have tried Howard Beach Resort - a little bit expensive but the experience was satisfying. They have their own beach front, and an indoor water park if you don't want to get sunburned.

We have been here for three times, but still my favorite place in Taiwan.
