Light Tackle Surf Striper on the SP Minnow!

I went out looking for my first keeper Striper of the year, and was rewarded with a solid 25 inch fish. To make things even better the Striper came in on my super light perch rod and fought like it was a 20 pounder. I highly recommend fishing with as light as rod as you can get away with, it really brings the fight out of these smaller fish.
