This is a budget minded video. We try to take a crusty mess and make it a shining jewel, without buying any parts. Speaking of parts...we add a EMPI throttle pedal roller upgrade. This part was supplied by Nevada Off-Road Buggy. The owner of NORB , Maree Duncan, wanted to know if it was a worthwhile upgrade for her customers.
