The Princess and The Pea (2002) but it's just Hildegard and also it's upscaled to 1080p

this is my secondary gift for shelly: enabling more hildegard editors. the only known copy of this movie is in godawful 360p quality (new link: https://www.bilibili.tv/en/video/2007... ) and trying to run the whole thing thru topaz video enhancer made my computer want to melt (topaz: EST TIME: 31 DAYS. me: i am NOT doing that.) so i trimmed it down to just the scenes with hildegard (+ a few shots of her carriage and her portraits bc i thought they would be useful) and just upscaled those ones with the artemis low quality preset.


it still took 30 hours and i wanted to pull my hair out the whole time (mostly on me for futzing with the settings too much) but its HERE!!!! it's still a little crunchy and fuzzy in some places, and some of the lineart could be darker, but it's miles ahead of where it was X_X.


somewhat inspired by ‪@airachica‬'s holli would pack    • Cool World but it's only (animated) H...   if you're a fun editing person who doesn't maybe want to watch a whole awful movie for one epic character to put in manips. if someone feels brave enough to do the same for daria PLEASE keep me posted i'm not strong enough.
