More than two decades later, Ruffa Gutierrez still remains the most beautiful woman as she has been since the day she was crowned Bb. Pilipinas World thirty one years ago. As time flies, she continues to defy the rules of aging to a whole level and earn our respect with her genuine love for life and her desire to always become a better version of herself. In fact, she has remained busy and relevant in the world of entertainment while being on top finishing her masteral degree. But it is her iconic pageant journey which has endeared her to the masa, which she considers the best era of her life.
