Maple Glider – Don't Kiss Me

Single Shot proudly presents a heart-rendering performance by ‪@MapleGlider‬, titled 𝘋𝘰𝘯'𝘵 𝘒𝘪𝘴𝘴 𝘔𝘦. Hailing from Melbourne/Naarm, Maple Glider is the moniker for Tori Zietsch, whose incredible 2023 LP, 𝘐 𝘎𝘦𝘵 𝘐𝘯𝘵𝘰 𝘛𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘣𝘭𝘦, delved into her Christian childhood, exploring her relationship to her body, consent, shame, and the death of relationships, both romantic and familial.

On 𝘋𝘰𝘯'𝘵 𝘒𝘪𝘴𝘴 𝘔𝘦, she forgoes her typically mellifluous vocal style to quite literally scream her heart out. This visceral performance was captured during a recent promotional tour to the US, and we’re so excited to finally release it! Maple Glider’s music is a precise diorama of her life and mind, as she revisits her most difficult moments, while processing and healing in real-time.
