Biohazard 4 is RE 4 and this magazine edition is similar to the Preview Disc that was available to North America. This demo plays from the beginning of the game up to the battle in the village. It seems that this version of demo disc has some differences as someone already explained online: in some camera controls, voices, Leon's energy meter and the Z button is for using binoculars. With completing the demo play, you will unlock a trailer video and a setting called "hard difficulty". Do not press any buttons on the title screen in order to get the trailer video played.
