Removing LGBTI discrimination from the law

Greens Attorney General spokesperson Robert Simms introduces a bill to amend the Equal Opportunity Act to remove exemptions currently provided to religious bodies to discriminate against the LGBTI community in employment and in accessing services. The Greens believe that no-one should face discrimination based on their sex, their sexual orientation or their gender identity.
