Welcome back, everyone! It's been quite the journey since my last Zumba video. I'm excited to share this life update with you. In the past year, I've made not one but TWO big moves—first from the Big Island to Oahu, and then from Oahu to Chicago in May 2024. Starting over at 54 has been both challenging and empowering, and I’m here to share my experiences with you.

In this video, I talk about the ups and downs of relocating, the lessons I’ve learned in rebuilding relationships with my adult children, and the process of creating a new life and business from the ground up. I’m diving into setting boundaries, figuring out what I truly want at this stage of life, and embracing menopause with grace and resilience.
