FINDING THE BEST PLOV IN BAKU AZERBAIJAN: This is where you need to try PLOV in Baku!

Today we headed back to Sadarak Bazar just outside of Baku and went straight for lunch at the most awesome local restaurant that we can highly recommend:

You can get a fancy version of Plov inside the Old City walls of Baku but out here is the real deal! This restaurant is seriously bustling and so busy you will almost certainly need to wait for a table (always a good sign!). The cafe is full of locals and serves amazing Azerbaijani dishes with very friendly staff. Don't be shy! Make the most of an outing to Sadarak Bazar and give the Plov (and more) a try :)
