The event will be graced by Chief Guest Prof. Kapila Seneviratne, Chairman of the University Grants Commission, and Special Guests Mr. Nagalingam Vethanayahan, Governor of the Northern Province, and Prof. K. L. Wasantha Kumara, Vice Chairman of the University Grants Commission.
