Rasbari (or Rasgulla) is a desert which people usually have during festivals mostly in Southern Asian Countries. It is soft and spongy and loved by many. Following some important tips, You can make soft and spongy Rasbari (or Rasgulla) at home. #Rasbari #Rasgulla #nisthas2minutesrecipe

Follow my recipe and important tips mentioned below.
1.Let the boiled milk rest for 2-3 minutes before adding the vinegar/Lemon Juice.
2.Keep adding the vinegar until the milk curdles. Some milk curdles fast and some takes more time.
3.If the milk doesn’t curdle after adding vinegar also, put it on low flame until you see the results.
4.You can substitute vinegar with strained and diluted lemon juice.
5.Squeeze the excess water from the Milk curdles(चेना), but leave some moisture and do not make it too dry otherwise the Rasbari will be hard .
6.While kneading the curdles(चेना), you can add little water if its too dry or cracks while making balls.
7.Note the measurements correctly and modify the ingredients as per the measurement.
