This is a Federal Signal Jetsonic model J series B with chain driven multifunction rotators. In this video the domes and speaker housing have been removed to show the inside of the bar. The bar has front cutoff off with the mirror configuration that blocks light from the front when activated. 

The control board for the lightheads is housed inside the black box.

You can see this bar in action with the domes on in a few of my other videos.

Unfortunately I elevated the bar too much to properly see the light beams on the floor.
