In this video, join me as I went back to Lim’s Fried Oyster to take on this MASSIVE 9KG oyster omelette!

Some of you might remember that I previously came here and managed to eat 20 servings (around 4KG) of their oyster omelette. This time, I had to come back down and eat twice the amount (40 servings) for one last time before they officially retire and close the stall for good.

Their oyster omelette has always been one of my favourites - packed with plump, juicy oysters and that addictive eggy texture. It’s really bittersweet to know that this legendary stall will be closing, so if you haven’t tried it yet, do make the trip down while you still can before the end of August! (last day 29th August)
