Reddit AITAH Story: OP has two sons, one biological and one step, for whom he has saved equal college funds. He made sure they knew that the money is theirs even if they did not go to college and that they could use the money any way they please. Bio son went to an expensive private university knowing that his fund would only cover three years and that he would have to pay for the final year. Stepson went into real estate and is saving his fund to open his own business someday. Bio son is tired of living on a budget trying to pay of his loans and wants OP to use part of stepson's fund to pay off his loans. OP says no but friends and family are saying that he should at least help bio son with his loans.
