We share with you this revolutionary song made by comrades from Germany in occassion of the 8th anniversary of the Rojava Revolution. This revolution is a revolution for the whole world because it is seeking women's freedom, radical democracy and ecology, as basis for a free life for all the peoples. CALL FOR GLOBAL DAYS OF ACTION +++ 18th – 19th July 2020
Women Defend Rojava, the Internationalist Commune, and RiseUp4Rojava call for global days of action on 18th and 19th July on the occasion of the eighth anniversary of the revolution in Rojava.
In the joint call it says:
[...] In times when there are attempts to increase the occupation throughout Kurdistan with the recent military operations and daily bombings with the aim of destroying the revolution;
in times when colonialism and fascism are on the rise and clearly express themselves as an integral part of all nation states around the world; in which racist police violence and racist attacks are increasing all over the world; in which femicides are state practice, as the recent bombings of the fascist Turkish state in Kobanê show; in which women activists are killed, who work for the self-organisation and liberation of women; in which the patriarchal mentality kills women and non-binary people all over the world every day; in which the ecological destruction of our planet has reached enormous proportions, in these times we, as a global resistance movement, are already in the process of making a commitment to the revolution rise!

Therefore we call to join these days of action!
Against colonialism, fascism, patriarchy and femicide, ecological destruction and all forms of oppression!
