No Groceries in February - Pantry Challenge to get through Unemployment

Given my current situation of a sudden unemployment, I am going to do a pantry and freezer challenge for the month of February! I've slashed my food budget and will be challenging myself to stay out of the grocery store! I'm on a mission to eat more local, seasonal and sustainably this year and I don't want this sudden unemployment situation to throw me off of my goals entirely so I will be trying my best to source the things I need during this time from my local farmer's markets and farm stores.
