INGREDIENTS:

jalapeños:
2-3 jalapeños
1 cup of flour
1 cup (give or take) club soda, sparkling water or beer
2 tbs flaxmeal + 6 tbs water
salt (to taste)
cumin (to taste)
Italian seasoning (to taste)
garlic powder (to taste)
onion powder (to taste)
smoked paprika (to taste)
avocado oil for frying

Lentil Mushroom Burgers:

1 can order 2 cups lentils
1/2 cup grated carrots
1/2 red onion, diced
8 oz portobello mushrooms
1/2 cup of rolled oats
1 tbs tomato paste
1-2 tbs avocado for cooking
smoked paprika
garlic powder
onion powder
salt
2 tbs coco aminos
1 tsp liquid smoke
1/4 cup roasted red peppers
vegan buns and your favorite toppings.
