70 days no Maintenance, no Co2, no Fertilizers | Can this AQUASCAPE be saved?

I am re-scaping this entire Iwagumi 90 P planted aquarium, but before that, I want to give it a final look. This Iwagumi aquascape is a little over 8 months old.
